Yes, including protein bars and shakes guided by a PT.
Reason for registering:
I was becoming so frustrated that I was not losing weight despite significant effort. I was convinced something was wrong with me. I was trying hard but not getting results.
Biggest obstacles:
I love wine as much as my friends so that was always going to be a challenge. School holidays and going away with the family was another challenge.
Biggest achievements:
I was stoked after my first week and I dropped 3kg, I couldn't believe it. The results just kept coming. Once I overcame entertaining 35 guests at home I knew I could face any challenge if I wanted to. There was plenty of temptation around (there always is) but it actually didn't bother me.
The best thing about the program:
The support, it's the coaches that make this program work. It's worth seeing the health professionals, it's the best program I've ever done and the last program I'll ever need to do. I've learned so much and have changed my life now.
90 DAY total weight loss:
13kg and maintained 9 months post program.

Reason for registering:
Mentally exhausted of diet cycling and sick of failing. GP threatening gastric surgery this was ‘the last ditch effort’. Needs support and guidance.
Biggest obstacles:
2 week cruise to Japan booked in the first month of the program. Very social- eats and drinks outs several times a week.
Biggest achievements:
Coming back from the cruise 7kg lighter and remaining focussed whilst travelling. Enjoying eating out socially, knowing what to order. Mastering new spice combinations.
The best thing about the program:
The food, surprisingly it’s a lot of food that I love to eat. I wasn’t hungry or feeling deprived therefore it was much easier than I anticipated and very different to anything else I’ve done in the past.
90 DAY total weight loss:
28kg in the first 90 day program. 6 months post program has loss a total of 50kg and has completed 2 further programs now focussing on maintenance.

Been looking for something to lose weight as noticed unhealthy lifestyle is catching up.

Very social weekends, big cultural (Filipino) feasts.

Reducing salt intake, getting almost 10 000 steps at work. Weight loss.
The best thing about the program:
It delivered results - above and beyond my expectations. That’s all I wanted.

Reason for registering:
After having my children I felt pressure to lose weight to return to my pre baby weight. I wanted to be healthy again but was tired and overwhelmed by the effort required to make a lasting change to my health. After repeatedly trying and failing on my own I decided if I was going to be successful I needed support and not just from anyone but from health professionals. I did my research and had a consult prior to signing up whereby I learned about the level of support provided in the program which built my confidence. I finally accepted I could sign up and make progress towards my goal or look back in another 3 months and wish I did.
Biggest obstacles:
My biggest obstacle was fear of failure. Trying and failing had shattered my confidence in my ability to succeed.
Biggest achievements:
Trying lots of new foods and giving 100% effort consistently. Developing a healthy relationship with the scales, food and myself.
The best thing about the program:
The education and support to explain why everything is designed the way it is, I really enjoyed learning more about weight loss, health and myself.
