How are you different to the other weight loss programs out there?

Can I have alcohol?
Let’s be clear- you can have anything you WANT to have on the program, you are in control of what you eat and drink. Do we recommend you consume alcohol if you want to lose weight? Of course not! In the first 8 weeks to maximise results we recommend NO alcohol. It’s not just about calories though, it’s about this being a journey to a healthier you and for you to be aware of your unhealthy habits and be mindful with your food choices. If alcohol is the only thing holding you back from doing our program then don’t let it! We can definitely still help you.
I’m going away in 2 weeks should I wait until I come back?
NO don’t wait! The reality is there is always something that will get in the way of you and your commitment to lose weight. We don’t live in a world where we can control every meal, every second of the day. What we can control is our actions and thoughts about food. This program teaches you so much about how to manage your food around all of life’s obstacles. The sooner we tackle these obstacles with full support the more confident you will be facing the next obstacle, and the next one and so forth. Ideally being home for the first week or so will make it an easier start.
Is your program vegan-friendly?
Of-course! There are many vegan friendly options within the meal plan.
I just don’t know if I can do it.
You CAN do it. Fear of failure is holding you back and we understand that. However this is different to anything you have ever tried because there is no such thing as failing! We will continue to change our approach and program to suit you so that you DO succeed and you DO make progress on your journey. The changes you make are so much more complex than losing weight, we are working on lifestyle changes that you can keep and maintain. Granted, you may not achieve a huge weight loss in your first 90 days but you will have started an amazing journey in finding a healthier you.
We help you develop a healthier relationship with food, exercise, your body, the scales, your weight and you. Working on all of these relationships will lead to weightloss over time. The sooner you get started the better.
What exercise will I be doing?
We recommend ANY exercise that you like and enjoy doing! Remember we are helping you set up for a lifestyle that includes regular exercise so that will be different for everyone. Most importantly we encourage you to be more active every day by monitoring your steps. Of course we do have a structured exercise program that you can follow, we use interval exercise because it’s a very time-effective workout that is versatile to any environment. What will I be eating?
You will be eating real FRESH food, the food will be familiar to you and you do not have to be a master- chef to cook and prepare your meals. In fact, the simpler your meals are the better, we give you lots of cooking tips and help you ensure your food is still flavour filled and delicious. The meal plans have variety and you get to choose exactly what you want to eat from the options provided. There are 3 recipe e-books, one for each phase of the program, this is designed to help give you some inspiration and guidance so you don’t get bored! In the sneak peek section you will find some images of typical meals as well as some preparation tips to help you get ready.
I don’t like tuna… do I have to eat it?
No. The best thing about our meal plans is that you get to pick and choose what you eat when. If you don’t like a particular food that is listed as an option on the plan simply don’t choose that option when preparing your meals. You have control over what you eat and we want you to fuel your body with nutritious food that satisfies.
What happens after 90 days?
The next 12-24 months following your initial weight loss is critical for maintaining your weight and this is our biggest area of focus. During our program there is a 2-4 week maintenance phase which introduces you to a period of self-management. We discuss and analyse whether you are ready for maintenance or whether you need further intensive support from your health coach. Everyone is different.
One thing is certain however and that is that getting to goal weight is not the end of your journey, it’s just the beginning. We are committed to provide ongoing support and it’s likely you are going to need it. As you continue on your journey we encourage regular check ins with your health coaches and have set up effective systems for this. You will remain in our Facebook support group for life, where as a community we can continue to motivate each other and stay focused on our health goals.
What if I don’t get to goal weight?
Remember this journey is different for everyone. Your goal weight is only one of the areas you will be working on during the 90 days. No doubt you will have made progress towards a healthier you during the 90 days. However, if you still have 5-20kg to lose following THE 90 DAY BODY and under the recommendation from your health coach you may participate in subsequent programs or additional health coaching to help get you to goal weight. There is a reduced cost for subsequent programs.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept online payments using the secure PayPal system. This allows you to use your existing PayPal account or credit card of your choice. If you would like to pay via direct deposit, please send an email to team@the90daybody.com.au. We don’t accept cheques – sorry!
For those interested in a payment plan, we do offer a flexible option through ZipPay where you can choose your own payment plan based on your own circumstance.
